After making a batch of almond milk my Blendtec 625 gave up and wouldn’t switch on. I contacted Blendtec and explained the issue. They emailed a prepaid postage label and gave me instructions on how to pack up the blender base. I posted it off Thursday evening and it was back working with me the following Wednesday - less than a week! Amazing customer service, I can’t fault them at all! Thank you for a super job people!!

I very rarely leave a review these days but I believe it is important to call out good business behaviour when I see it for the benefit of future shoppers. I recently ordered a Blendtec blender from this company. The process was easy and the blender has rapidly become part of the family! We had a few issues with delivery which was down to Parcelforce not LUBA. The person I dealt with at the suppliers, Tom, could not have been more helpful and offered the best service and support I have had in a very long time! Through his care and attention the blender arrived on my wife's birthday just in time! Many, many thanks, Tom.
