Blentec blender is amazing. We've had ours since 2014. Recently our wildside jar seized after many years of service, but still within warranty. The guys at LUBA, who handle Blentec in the UK got back to me the next day confirming I would receive the most up to date wildside as a replacement. Fantastic service backing a fantastic product. I bought the Blendtec with some accessories a few years ago. Not only is this an excellent product that has served my family well for the past few years , the customer service is second to none. Recently I have had some issues with the accessories and the touch pad on the actual blender itself. Despite the difficulties, with the pandemic, these past couple of years, the company has been so courteous and supportive , solving my concerns without any hassle. These interactions will keep bringing me back to Blendtec in the future and is the reason why I would recommend it to anyone I meet. Thanks LUBA and Blendtec!

My blendtec jar got broken, I contacted the company and received a very quick reply with support. Thomas, from Blendtec, who I communicated with, replied to my emails and arranged me to receive an upgraded jar. I am very happy with their services. Thank you :)

Absolutely fantastic service, thanks Thomas! My seven years old blender started to smoke, leaving at the bottom of the jar a black dust and a burned plastic smell: I thought it was broken. I remembered that when I bought the blender, it was advertised with 8 years guarantee but didn't believe it would work 7 years after. However I did contacted Blendtec and very soon after I got an answer from Thomas telling me to run 6 programs on the machine without the jar, as he believed that the motor wasn't the problem. I did that and the motor was still working well. A few days later I got a free new jar and my wonderful blender is back on track!
