  After making a batch of almond milk my Blendtec 625 gave up and wouldn’t switch on. I contacted Blendtec and explained the issue. They emailed a prepaid postage label and gave me instructions on how to pack up the blender base. I posted it off Thursday evening and it was back working with me the following Wednesday - less than a week! Amazing customer service, I can’t fault them at all!   I very rarely leave a review these days but I believe it is important to call out good business behaviour when I see it for the benefit of future shoppers. I recently ordered a Blendtec blender from this company. The process was easy and the blender has rapidly become part of the family! We had a few issues with delivery which was down to Parcelforce not LUBA. The person I dealt with at the suppliers, Tom, could not have been more helpful and offered the best service and support I have had in a very long time!   We bought a £2.5k value of the product for them and we had manufacture issue after 1.5 years we bought.
When we contacted during the greeting season, the person who served us responded spontaneously and as he mentioned they replace the parts and send us back within a week.
