Dehydrating Sheets for SAHARA Dehydrator

With the 7 stainless steel trays in the SAHARA you get a huge amount of drying capacity which lets you experiment with all kinds of different foods.
Our food-grade and temperature resistant drying sheets, for use with the Sahara Dehydrator, are great for holding liquids for fruit leathers, sticky foods, or small items that might fall through the shelves.  They are expertly designed for use with liquids or high water content produce.

There are 2 different materials available:  Silicone & Non-Stick Teflon Coated.  There are no right or wrong choices. It’s simply a matter of personal preference.  Both dehydrator mat types can also be used for cooking & baking.

Silicone Sheets

Size: 41 x 25 cm (covers about 3/4 of tray area to retain optimal circulation)

Colour: White

Food-grade and temperature resistant Silicone Drying Mats for use with the Sahara Dehydrator. Great for holding liquids for fruit leathers, sticky foods, or small items that might fall through shelves. These reinforced silicon mats are also oven safe and great for lining baking trays. Very durable and dishwasher safe, use them instead of parchment paper. PTFE and BPA free.

Teflon Coated Non-Stick Sheets

Size: 49 x 29 cm – covers full tray without impacting drying performance.

Colour: T3 light brown, T6 brown

Our Teflon-Coated non-stick sheets are precisely cut to size and reusable. Our Teflon Coated Non-Stick sheets can also be used for baking, roasting, and as a non-stick surface.  Great for making Biscuits, Tuile Biscuits, Brandy Snaps and many other things, no fat, oil or grease is required.  They are very easy to clean and provide a non-stick surface for produce, reducing the effort required to remove ingredients from trays.
