UK Shipping Label

If you wish to send us a unit and want to take advantage of our low shipping & insurance costs, you can purchase a shipping label here.

Once we have received your order, we will send you a Parcel Force Shipping Label, both of which can be used to drop off a parcel at any Royal Mail post office nation wide.

Please state in the comments field at checkout what the shipping is for, i.e. Out of warranty repair with details of the defect or Out-of-Policy returns with order number.

Small Parcel:
Max weight: 2kg
Max depth: 16cm
Max width: 35cm
Max length: 45cm
If your parcel is larger than this, please use the Large Parcel Label option.
Parcels can be dropped off at a Royal Mail post office.

Large Parcel:
Max weight: 30 kg, no size restriction.
Parcels can be dropped off at a Royal Mail post office, Parcel Force Depot or a one-off collection can be selected.

Parcels are insured against loss.  Please note that ‘damage during transit’ is only very rarely covered by couriers due to the fact that parcels need to be able to withstand a 1.5m drop.  As such, please use the original packaging or securely package the unit before dispatch.
