If you wish to send us a parcel and want to take advantage of our low bulk shipping, you can purchase a shipping label here.
Once we have received your order, we will process your request within a few hours.
Please state in the comments field at checkout what the shipping is for, i.e. return or repair with details of the defect or order number.
How do I ship the unit to you?
Please package up the unit(s) safely so they can withstand being dropped during shipping. On more than one occasion we’ve received a high-value item shipped solely in a shopping carrier bag – this is not adequate. It is very rare that couriers pay out for any kind of damage that occurred during transit as parcels need to be able to withstand drops of 1.5m. We will use the same packaging we received to return your item – it is your responsibility to ensure the packaging is adequate. Please note that inadequate packaging may result in your product being damaged to the extent that warranty repairs have to be rejected.
We have 3 options to choose from for shipping your unit to us:
Parcelforce Drop-Off: Select ‘Parcelforce Drop-off’ and we’ll provide you with a pre-paid next-day-delivery shipping label via e-mail. You can drop off the parcel at any Royal Mail Post Office or Parcelforce Depot. Please keep hold of your drop-off receipt as this is proof of postage. You can track the parcel on the Parcelforce website and it is insured against loss up to either £100 or £1000. Losses above that amount are at your own risk. Insurance does not cover damage to the shipped goods as couriers’ T&Cs make this pretty much an impossible claim to win given their very strict rules on how parcels must be packaged to be eligible.
UPS Collection: Select ‘UPS Collection’ at checkout and we’ll provide you with a pre-paid next-day-delivery shipping label via e-mail. Please state in the checkout comments a day for collection (you need to be available between 08:00-18:00, no time-slots are available). Please ensure the courier scans the shipping barcode upon collection as proof of postage. Own courier: You can use your own courier as well. You can send your parcel to LUBA Distribution Ltd, Unit 1 170-180 Carlton Road, Nottingham, NG3 2BB. Please ensure your contact details are in/on the parcel – you’d be surprised how often we get a parcel with zero information on it.
