Berkshire Innovations Limited Warranty

Berkshire Innovations, Inc. (dba Brod & Taylor) warrants your product against defects in materials or workmanship when purchased directly from Brod & Taylor or an authorized reseller. During the warranty period we will, at our option, repair the product using new or refurbished parts, replace the product with a new or refurbished product, or issue partial refund for the original purchase price of the product (not including shipping charges) in exchange for return of the product. At the discretion of Brod & Taylor, customer may be responsible for return shipping charges. When a product is returned to the customer, Brod & Taylor will pay shipping charges. This warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from improper use or maintenance, normal wear and tear, commercial use, accident or external causes. Unauthorised repair, modification or customisation of your product voids this warranty.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PROPERTY DAMAGE AND DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL COSTS AND EXPENSES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL. THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE PERIOD OF DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL BROD & TAYLORS’ TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES IN ANY ONE OR MORE CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW.

Warranty service may be performed by Brod & Taylor, an authorised distributor, reseller or other authorised service provider. For information on warranty service, contact Brod & Taylor at contact@brodandtaylor.com (North America and Rest of World) or support@brodandtaylor.eu (Europe). You may be required to provide proof of purchase details, including but not limited to a sales receipt or invoice and a product serial number.

Sourdough Home: 2 years

Warranty Period (North America and Rest of World)

USA: All Products – 1 year (3 years with registration)

UK/EU: All Products – 2 years
